Adaobi Iloduba

Founder & Lead Instructor

Adaobi Iloduba is a dually licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), international healthcare operations specialist, and the founder of AdaTheVA HealthTech Academy.

With over three years of direct, active experience in remote US clinical operations, medical administration, and telehealth coordination, Adaobi successfully made the leap from high-stress bedside clinical practice in Nigeria to high-earning virtual roles across international healthcare markets.

Having navigated every hurdle of the transition herself, she has dedicated her platform to demystifying the global remote healthcare market. To date, Adaobi has personally trained and mentored over 150 healthcare and non-healthcare professionals, helping them master clinical software, overhaul their professional branding, and secure roles in US, Canadian, and European digital health companies.

You need a working laptop or desktop computer and a steady internet connection. Real EMR systems and clinical software cannot be properly practiced on a smartphone or tablet.
